Swedish Massage

This classic full-body massage increase circulation and stimulates the nervous system and induces natural relaxation.  It features light to firm flowing movements over the face, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, and back.  Aromatherapy oils are used to enhance the benefits of the massage.

Therapeutic Massage

This deep tissue massage focuses on target areas of tension soothing away built up stress, aches, and pains. 

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth and heated stones are used to carry warmth deep into the muscles, tisses and joints.  This popular massage melts away tension and stress while promoting relaxation.  Please inform the receptionist if you desire to schedule a stone massage at the time your appointment is made.

On-Site Chair Massage

This is a great way to show your employees your appreciation or encourage wellness within your workplace.  Chair massage is done through clothing using a special massage chair.  You select the time and place and we provide the staff and equipment!
